I am a Senior Executive in Manufacturing Excellence from Sri Lanka with over 8 years of experience in the industry.

I do design, development & marketing

With years of experience in marketing & graphic and web design, I have mastered the skills of understanding consumer behavior and market trends. This knowledge allows me to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.

In addition, my proficiency in graphic design enables me to create visually stunning and engaging content that captures the attention of customers and enhances brand identity. From designing logos and websites to developing compelling social media graphics, I am well-versed in various design software and techniques.

As a creative designer, I have developed a diverse set of skills in 3D modeling, graphic design, photography, videography, and website development. 

My expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop & Illustrator, allows me to create every aspect of a marketing campaign, from logos and branding to print materials and digital graphics.


My marketing skill set supports devising a company’s revenue, and marketing budgets toward continuous improvement. 
Enhancing operational efficiencies through service innovation & leading the design & development of service lean-based operating systems in MAS Holding.


As a team player in my corporate career, I had the opportunity to upskill business teams by forming an outward-bound training team. Our team leads a training series to effectively communicate with team members and facilitate discussions that lead to successful outcomes.

  • Developing group-level ME strategies aligned with people, processes, methods, digitalization, and world-class environment initiatives.
  • Empower and educate all levels of the organization for a lean mindset through the ME Academy.
  • Curriculum development for rolling out in-house lean training & leadership programs.

Executive – Branding & Communication
MAS Fabric Park

  • Navigate teams in A3 thinking to improve collaboration, outcomes, and problem-solving for specific purposes.
  • Work with company leadership to help establish marketing business objectives and exploit new market segments.
  • Instill lean business models to allow internal processes to be continuously gauged and shaped to adhere to KPIs.
  • Collaboratively develop business strategies to accomplish the company’s overall objectives. Support feasible long-range plans and business processes & lead their day-to-day implementation.
  • The in-house video production of all corporate multimedia content for MAS Fabric Park across all platforms, including an official website, social media, in-venue videos, and interviews.
  • Manage overseas partners, potential business tie-ups, & recognized mentors for educational tourism. Execute promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels. And design websites & other digital dashboards relating to business.
May 2018 – May 2019

Executive – Curriculum Development & Admin

  • Support curriculum development for lean training in 7 languages in collaboration with factory partners & 3 lean facilities in Turkey, Indonesia & Mexico.
  • Part of the supporting team for value stream improvements in Lean 2.0 core training.
  • Engage with factory partners to structure problem-solving models & enhance the capabilities of an experimental learning culture in Lean 2.0.
  • Accountable for delivering Lean 2.0 factory engagement training modules over world-class manufacturing facilities of apparel, footwear, & NIKE equipment.
  • Design external marketing communications & training materials that comply with Nike compliance to provide uninterrupted training.
  • Part of the training team in Lean Foundation Strengthening training in Indonesia.
  • Facilitate factory visits for Lean 2.0 change agents at the end of every training & circulate supporting docs via factory engagement e-learning platform validated by Nike WHQ.

Assistant – Corporate Marketing

  • Coordinate MAS & corporate training programs to align with desired customer requirements.
  • Plan & executive marketing mix and operations, projecting the company’s unique brand schema.
